theres a huge meet every mon on rt 18 by perkins in new brunswick. mostly ricers i go once in a while with my friends. Been the only camaro there haha

I am very interested, as many of us in this area have suggested at a few meet/greet events in the past year. Until a club can be started & an area to meet agreed on, WHY NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ONE OF THE SHOWS THAT OFFER A WELCOME TO ALL CARS OLD & NEW. See my post under title--Howell N.J. -- Sat.May 1, was my first time there & it is a well run show. I dont know if any of you remember the Kahunahville shows in Wilm. Dela.,but thats what Howell sat. event reminded me of. As for the Jackson Outlet Show, I believe thats only on every last FRIDAY of each month, unless they have changed it this year to every friday. I dont have that info. We need to do something ASAP, I think Howell this sat. afternoon would be a good starting point. Winter will be here before we know it. What do you all think? T.O. The G-MAN.

i dont like driving 45 minutes to a show. There are lots of shows in central jersey. We just need to form something up so we can enjoy them together.

My dad owns a buisness in Somerville, has a pretty big parking lot, be a good place to meet on fridays and then cruse and check out the old cars

I'm down for a Central Jersey club...thing is, we really need someone to take the initiative and step make it happen. I was all about it, but life has been really busy.

Maybe we need to form a committee of a couple of people that can put this thing together.

The North Jersey stuff just doesn't really work for me. Plus, it seems like we have a huge amount of south Jersey/Central Jersey owner's who have been showing up since the first NJ Camaro meet last September.

Any takers?

We can come up with our own club or we can just make another chapter of Smoking Bowties for central jersey.

I posted this thread to get some ideas and to see what direction we can take. if you have any opinions please post it. If you are interested in stepping up we can have a meet and discuss it. I will be going to the somerville shows on friday when they start. i also will be checking out the fuddruckers show as well.

Seems like you guys are growing. I love it. Once you guys decide if you want to start a smokin bowties charter in central jersey which can include staten island or you want to start your own club let me know. We have a logo which is trademarked with a company where we get our shirts made up. We have over 30 members up here in north nj and we have good relations with the ny5thgen club. If you guys want to meet up one night to discuss things I am more than happy to drive down and talk to you guys what we are about.

I would be down for a club of some sorts, let me know when you guys are going to the Somerville show, the private parking lot can hold around 50 cars or so. We could all meet up there and drive through, its about a half a mile from Main Street
