Water does not bead evenly

2 weeks ago I used autoglym convertible top cleaner and protectant and water does not bead evenly over top. Should I clean and redo or am I able to add more protectant? The package was good for 2 applications.

I would just add another coat, I wouldn't clean it unless it was dirty

That's exactly what I did. This time I sprayed across the top instead of directly onto to it. It seems like it gave it a more even coat.will post again when it rains

If you see it still doesn't bead well, try some 303

Took a couple of coatings with 303 to make it bead evenly last year. One application lasts me about 3 years, car is garaged 100% and not driven in the rain.

I bought a small paint roller and actually "rolled" the protectant on my top. Worked perfect.
