Hey all..

I accepted the realization that the car wouldn't be coming til this fall and I really didn't want it then. All of this would have meant a delivery of sometime next spring.

Well... I got tired of waiting so I went down to Edmonton a couple of weeks ago and picked up a used 350Z. I'm lovin the thing and have been driving the hell out of it since I picked it up!

The Camaro is still on the agenda, just not for a year or two.
My order, which I haven't cancelled yet, is coming in at Jack Carter's in Calgary if anyone wants to pounce on it.

It is a Silver Ice SS/RS, LS3, No sunroof, no stripes, black leather, black accents. $44 and some thou.

It's all good, and everything comes in good time.

I hear ya. I ordered on Feb 26, and a couple of days ago the dealer tells me it won't be available till maybe November. Order cancelled. I can get one from a dealer on the net immediately. Just gotta find the right one....

Bond - I can understand you getting po'd with the wait - have fun in the 350z.
ArcticCamaro...did the dealer say why? Feb until November - that's nuts! Which dealer?

Have fun with your 350. It's no Camaro but I'm sure you know that. I just don't understand the impatience lately. Maybe I'm too old

Pike Wheaton in Red Deer. I have an email from them in early July stating that mine was the next to be built. A week later I get another email saying there are 2 to be built ahead of mine. Etc etc. Finally got tired and told him that I was not prepared to accept one in November that I would just end up putting in the garage for 5 months. He called back a couple of days later to say it would be at least November. Needless to say, I cancelled it. This after I was assured when I ordered in Feb that they had an allocation for mine....
