2011 L99 Whipple build
ok, added the Whipple 2.9L on a stock L99, added Kooks 1 7/8 headers and 3'' x pipe same time, Corsa 2 1/2 axle back. Snow water methanol kit (2nozzle)..With Whipples tuning it put down 500rwhp / 506rwtq on a Superflow chassis dyno...Since then got rid of the Corsa tail section (sounded like crap) and custom built a stainless 3'' tail section with custom made mufflers (noise cut in half, slight drone at 60-65mph), also added a Roto Fab Cold air intake. Bought into the tuning at this time as well and dialed it all in using an ECM 1000 laboratory grade lambda sensor..Car sitting at 527rwhp/529rwtq now...

Seems way way way way low. TT l99 cars are doing well over 650rwhp here in Phoenix with no other mods.
You are right down the street from me.

Still seems low. Had plenty of blower/turbo l99 cars on dynojet and dynapak and unless the superflow is 15-20% less than something is up.

bring yours over for a free test and lets find out the difference.. this has been a arguing point for far too long, everybody seems to be used to the Dynojet number as a standard

Nice work, pay no attention to him, he jumps in so many threads pumping the turbo kit it really is starting to be ridiculous. He doesn't even on a camaro

Driving one right now actually.
I would have to go to a dynojet first to get numbers, but would gladly swing by and have you run my car to see the difference. I only have old dynapak numbers before recent mods.

You mount and balance tires? If so I need that done Just got my new tires today.
Feel free to ignore me. I've been doing this so long I'm just use to all these blower cars/etc making 600+ and forget that just out of the box without all stuff like cam/etc they don't do 600 out of the box.

I would check to see how much boost you are making. Numbers seem a bit off but its possible depending on the temp. My car feels like a beast at night and during the day it can feel like its losing power at times.
