Changed diff oil, tires chirping now?

So I replaced the diff oil with Royal Purple (that already has additive in it) and drove it to a parking lot and did some figure 8s. No weird sounds or clunks, but then as I was making a turn out of the lot the tire chirped as I was slowly pulling away, almost like the sound a welded diff makes (mine did it only once though). Should I be worried about adding friction modifier or continue to drive with it? Less slip in the diff isn't necessarily a bad thing to me as I will be autocrossing but if there's potential for damaging the rear end I'd like to avoid that. Any input would be appreciated.

TLDR: changed diff oil and tire chirped making a 90 degree turn but not during figure 8s, does it need friction modifier?

You don't want to over do the Friction modifier, I would run it for a few days and see how it is doing.

Sounds like a solid idea, only problem is I have autocross tomorrow

If you were to add the additive I'd add like half the recommended amount since yours already has it in it. When I was running Amsoil I didn't need to add any, now I run a True Trac.
