looking at these two graphs i attached below...
the first is an image of the (HQ Strut) you posted. the second is a quick photoshop'd version i made where I changed the color key. is that right? seems like a gap between full firm and 4 clicks, like where 2 clicks would go. |

If you look at the other graph (HQ Front), it has a plot labeled "2 clicks" That's what I meant. A gap where the "2 clicks" plot would go. |

To post 220 and noise, that was exactly what I am experiencing. Took me awhile to confirm nothing was loose somewhere and that it was normal with high impact bumps. Other than that they seem quieter than the stock set up and defiantly more sure footed feeling going on now. I run 285 40 on 10's in front and 315 35 on 11's in the rear. There is enough room but it's tight, like real tight to where I get an occasional cosmetic slice on the edge of the tire. Nothing unsafe or to worry about. The slice leaves a tiny flap the thickness of a piece of paper maybe 1/8x 1/4 in a few spots after a winter/spring New England bump. This is mostly in the front and after alignment to negative 1.5 camber has almost stopped happening.

For anyone that might be interested in adding adjustable front endlinks to their ridetech set up, I have what IO was running on mine from BMR up for sale. Includes endlinks with 12mm mounting studs as well as endlink mounting plates for the front struts with 12mm holes made for me by ridetech. This set up worked really well, got rid of some of the noises up front and gives you the option of adjustable link to dial in your ride.

I never experienced noise from my RideTech endlinks, my note to Britt (marolf101x) is something different for which I am still waiting for a resolution. I will update when I get info from RideTech.
Back to the endlink noise, RideTech supplies what they call "T-bushings" to adapt the 10mm endlink stud to a 12mm updated swaybar hole. They are made from aluminum and in my opinion do not support the endlink/swaybar connection sufficiently. This may be a cause of noise because it is not a solid connection. When I did my install I made a steel spacer and used two hardened washers on each side to make up the difference from the 10 to 12mm. Mike_G's endlinks look robust and add the ability to adjust which can add the ability to improve the corner weighting. My solution:

FYI
JPSS used same type of ends, but has 10mm-12mm combo studs. I had that for my rear fe3 style sway before conversion to fe4 style. Had 10-12 or 12-12 versions. No noise from endlinks. |

CDB95Z28,
On 2/29 I sent the following via PM: "I agree, they do look bent. Please call the sales line and get a RMA (return merchandise authorization). Send them in, and we should replace them (depends on how long you've had them, but we are pretty good about this sort of thing.) If you need anything else please use my email (britt@ridetech.com) as I don't check PM's too often." Did you get your RMA? Did you send them in? Did we replace them at no cost? I apologize for not resolving your issue, but we do need you to get the RMA number so we can track the return through our system. This ensures a timely turn around (typically 2 days) and mitigates lost/missplaced product (either by us or the delivery guy). As always, let me know if there is anything I can do to assist.
