Angry I feel stupid

I know im gonna hear it from you guys, but I realized something after I purchased my vehicle. I have posts on here requesting info. about getting the RS package stuff. The reason being is because the dealer cant get it yet. Well, my problem is this. I purchased the 1LT camaro with all the things that I wanted, MSRP was 27945. Well, I wanted the RS package and I was under the impression, that since I paid 30k for the car, that it was being put on at a later time once parts became avaialable. The dealer had me beleive that its gonna be done at a later time. Well, come to find out, I just paid 2k over MSRP and they just sold me the car and made money of course. I got misled. The reason I was wanting info on the RS package stuff is so that I could locate it, let dealer know..that way it can be done ASAP. Well, now apparently I am gonna have to pay out of pocket plus labor to get that stuff put on. I am needing information on how to contact corporate to let them know the issue and see if maybe something could be done about the situation. If anybody has any corporate contact info..preferrably email address..that would be awesome. I know you guys are thinking, wow, this guy is dumb..and it seems that I was dumb when this happend. Sorry to take up space on here. Thanks.

so they are charging you extra to get the RS package put on themselves from the dealer instead of the factory? couldn't you just order it from the factory with the RS package installed?

Don't sweat the cash. Get if fixed up how you want it and move on. It's not worth the stress.

no, the car I wanted was with the RS package, but the dealer ended up getting one without it, car is just the way I want, but with no RS, so they led me to beleive it can be added on later, the MSRP for the RS on the car and all was 28K and some change, the car I got had an MSRP of 27945..i paid 30K..so, dealer isnt putting the RS on it for me like i was led to beleive. If i want it put on, I have to pay for parts and labor now.

You can add everything except the reverse mohawk roof. Sorry to say it will not be
a true RS even with this added.

oh well... the RS is purely cosmetic... if you like the RS package look.. then pay the doh if it makes you happy i will agree with "Krazy and old" Its not worth the stress

personally I like the non-Rs package look but meh to each his/her own

no, I was gonna order the car with the RS package, but instead of waiting, this dealer had the car with everything I wanted except RS on it...so, i bought it under the impression that it was gonna be put on later...but, nope..gotta pay for it now apparently. I got shafted...oh well...

Shouldn't have bought the car, always leave yourself the thought of walking away if it isn't what you order EXACTLY.

Roof has nothing to do with the RS package.

When did you buy the car?
Most states have a 7 day law regarding returning vehicles.

Did you pre-order, or were just waiting for that certain car?

I got it april 28..so, its been a few days. But, if i return the car...I will then have to go through the whole order process and wait FOREVER..ha ha...im just tryin to get ahold of some info to bitch and complain to corporate. It seems that some people on here are having issues with the dealers being a lil too rediculous

yeah your out of luck...... but you can give them hell for misleading you and argue with them till they are annoyed to the point where they just give you the package......OR go aftermarket with better parts.

ya, but being that I ALREADY paid..ha ha...i would rather not have to pay more out of pocket to have something put on that was supposed to be put on. Dealer should do it, plus its all warrantied rather that it not being with aftermarket
