My Corvette sold for full price today. My dealer called me this morning and told me that my SS will be built on the 28th of this month and to expect it no later than 3 weeks from now.

Bummer your sold your Corvette

I had to have a Camaro but I couldn't let the Vette go... To much fun to drive

I agree. My 2007 C6 had 22000 miles on it and 654rwhp. I have a little boy now. We are going to go 700rwhp and he can ride with me. I plan on another new vette in 2015.
Funny thing is, the guy came and paid me for it and said he would be back for it in a week or so. Vette is still in my garage. I haven't moved it. I told him it would stay put.

Understand.. Me and the wife don't have any children so We hardly ever drive the Tahoe. I have a little Ranger I bought for a yard truck for around the house that I find easy to get in and out of traffic going to work so the 2007 Tahoe just sits most of the time, Only has 3,800 miles on it. Wife said I should sell that and get something that looks fast just sitting in the garage if I'm not going to drive it much

So since she enjoys driving the Corvette I'm selling the Tahoe and getting the SS. We go to Bowling Green about every year to the National Corvette Home Coming and have a great time. I look forward to hitting some car events with the SS.

PS: Will be interesting to see what the C7 looks like when it comes out. It's time for GM to really make a big change to the vette.
