No, it's probably in the glove box or center console.

They test new parts and technologies years before they put it into production. Not surprised it was built last year. Probably more running around older than it.

Pretty sure i read somewhere on C5 that it doesn't have a CD changer, but i could be wrong, and i am to lazy to look for it.

Yeah there is no CD in that new touchscreen unit, Fbodfather posted that a few days ago.

Won't bother me in the slightest but I think a few people may be a little annoyed at that

Doesn't bother me in the slightest. I've graduated to an iPod, think I can live without CD's.

I remember when Fbodfather took a poll on who wanted a CD player it divided up. 30 or under No CD player necessary. 30 years and older CD player is necessary. For the most part

Very weird if no CD player. That's like putting out a car with XM but no AM/FM tuner. Sure alot of people have ipods and subscribe to XM, but not everyone. Even more curious that the standard radio won't even be an option then. No biggie for me. I've used the CD player in my car just to rip discs to the hard drive. Mostly just use the ipod.

Well... a week before my ZL1 arrives, I finally get a chance to sit in a Z. The suede in the seats really felt good and the suede wheel and shifter were great. It confirmed my option choice. The car itself is the ZL1 Convertible that was first introduced months ago in Ashen Gray with ECF insert. They have skinned the car in silver for the Barrett-Jackson show. It is amazing what a great job they did. The engine compartment picture shows the real color on the shock towers and firewall. There is also a picture of the VIN ending in EX. For those wondering about rub marks, the top was down with the cover over the top so that you could not see the top.
