Be very careful taking those LED's out of the taillights. Those plastic rims are too delicate.

FYI

Got the car back last week from the second dealership. Rained since and no leaks. The third brake light was replaced and listed as the cause of the leak.

My ordered 1LE is at 3300 and I am also grieving the vert. The weather here has been perfect. So I am enjoying some top down time. Looks like me and the Harley will have to wait a while longer to reconcile.

You'll end up loving the 1LE once you have it. You will be able to drive around stress free not worrying about when your top will fail.

It won't be long before the added performance under your seat will help you get beyond the missing cloth over your head.

What color did you order?

Nice! The black hood and black spoiler will combine nicely with the red. You'll luv the wheels, too!

Thanks, sometimes I think I am a little too old for all this hot rod stuff. Then I remeber that my thinking is out to get me, often.

My mid-life crisis seems to be lasting into old age (68).

When I got the Camaro my younger sister asked if this was a midlife crisis. I said no, that was the Harley five years ago.

Glad you are going to get the buy back. I was wondering which end of the stick you end up one in a buy back situation. Sounds like the short ($5k) side which is what I figured. Best wishes for a problem free new toy!

Thank you. Actually so far it is an$1800 hit. This has to with the delivery fees. I am not done yet... nothing has been signed. This car has over 20,000 miles on it and I have not been charged any usage fees. Which in Louisiana that is .25 a mile.

So I am not going to push real hard about the $1800, but like moma always said, "ya don't know if ya don't ask."
