I lost 25lbs. and have no idea how that happened!

I still eat like a manimal and during the Holidays I eat even more with everyone bringing me goodies and me filling up on mom's homemade Italian cooking. Somehow despite my voracious appetite none of my clothes fit me anymore.

I went from 210 lbs. to 185 lbs. standing in at 6'0" tall. Dafuq?

Doctors told me they will not start to worry unless my weight drops below 185 lbs. So this is a healthy thing then. I guess. The chick who thinks we are dating loves it so it has its perks.

Has something similar ever happen to you guys/gals? It's like the weight went "Poof!" and disappeared.

I lost 20 lbs by slightly changing my lunch habits. I used to take PB&J sandwiches and chips to work for lunch. Sometimes banana sandwiches. Now I eat Hibachi Chicken every day from 2 different places that I alternate at. Now sure if this was the total reason, but it sure helped.

Hehe! A mutant I most certainly am.

Doctors say I'm healthy.

I think sometimes our bodies respond strongly to our habits and the message it sends is this is where I'm supposed to be. I am stumped though. I had no intentions of losing weight.

have your thyroid checked. that can cause weight loss. but, OP, if you needed to lose some, dont complain. keep it off. no use in being heavy and plus your ZL1 will go that much faster if you dont gain it back!! lol
