Whats the best tail light black out kit?
Did a thread search and not much feedback on the best.
I want some that are a good price and cover all of the light not let some red shine through? Any ideas? Thx guys Wizzer |

best set, hands down is Headlight Armor. i have tried bigworms as well but imo headlight armor seemed to have a better fitment and a darker selection. so headlight armor was my choice.

 go to body shop and have them stay them with black candy. Mine came out nice...

Thanks all. Ill shoot for headlight armor since I put there stuff on my headlights. Only hope it covers the whole light and no red peeks out.

Was looking at headlight armor's site, which % tint did you guys go with on the tail light black outs? not sure what my state laws are on them.. you guys had any problems? with the darkest do they still light up pretty good?
Light- 50% Smoke- 30% Stealth- 20% |

We offer a 30 day return policy on our black outs, if you have visiblility problems we will refund your order (except for shipping, which is $6.95 on ground). We offer a Charcoal (30%, smoke 20%, gun smoke 12% & a tint 7%) the percentage is how much light is blocked. The charcoal is the darkest and the tint is the lightest. Not sure about KY laws, but Texas law is the tail lights have to be visable from 500 feet which they still do with the darkest material installed.
