september is a long time to wait for a unveiling of the production car. too bad automibile development isn't like video game development where you get a monthly newsletter by the developer with cool tidbits anf tantilising pics and video clips.

with the speed at wich we are getting spyshots now and the large interest I'm sure we will get a decent look at it in pictures and maybe video before the live event unveiling in september ot so

I hope the Firebird concept will be shown here; there is an online petition you can sign to help it along: http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/B..._The_Trans_Am/

You missed whole Chevy Nation thing didn't you?
We were supposed to get monthly updates starting this past November but things just didn't work out.

Anyone from the Northeast/Tri-state area want to go for a road trip? I'm off that Friday and am planning to make the trip to see whatever they're planning to show. I wonder what it could be...

Edit: Ok, just checked google maps...that's an 11 hour trip (at the speed limit)...I think I'll fly =)

ok, so after the first of the year we were supposed to get more information on indy bash 2008 - i just got back from searching (and, boy are my arms tired) and i came up empty.

does anyone have further info? maybe local hotels that are offering a discount, car rentals, good places to grab a bite - you know, all of the good stuff...

i'd like to get my reservations made so i can quit worrying about it.

as an update to this, the CICC website that TAG posted above has been updated to allow for booking rooms at the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn... the host hotel will be the Holiday Inn, so book early to make sure that you get in on the action at the host hotel... believe me, it WILL be worth it

hope to see everyone there!
