2012 is going to rule. Glad I waited to buy.

There will always be something better... even if it's another Camaro.

I have a 2010 and the 2011 options don't really matter to me, let alone the 2012's... backup cam is kind of neat but... I know how to back my car up without hitting something...If 2012 has a navigation that actually looks nice, then I'll be pissed.. haha. (please be retro fit, please be retro fit)

The only thing that has me itching is the Z/28.

I was looking to trade up to an SS if they came out with a different blue. Guess I'll have to keep waiting.:emoticon7:

I'm surprised they added another dark color.

Just like the HUD, the camera could be added later. (even the backup sensors if you like them) so I'm not worried about what my 2010 didnt get. Though I have to say, backup camera might actually be a good thing in this car since it seems impossible to tell where the back of the car is.

There is also a new version of the 3.6L dubbed "max" with RPO LFX for 2012 in addition to all the Camaro Model Codes being shared with "Impala"

I would like to think so ,but history would have us believe different.

IF the 2010 becomes worth more, it'll certainly be after 2 or more decades. And it would only be worth more if it has very few miles on it, meaning you never drove it. If you want to let your car sit in a garage, you have fun with that! There will be a select few 2010s that may demand a premium earlier if they are sold correctly though. There were a few with some initial manufacturing oddities that collectors seem to love. For example, there were some cars with the wrong badging installed by the factory. There are also a few with the GM Performance badge under the hood. those are the dumb rarities that collectors seem to love and will pay big bucks for. Who knows, if GM doesn't bring back another good blue, ABM may become more valuable in 20 years just because there are only a couple thousand examples of it. And in 20 years, probably only a few hundred will be left as teenagers would've bought them as first cars a decade or so earlier and crashed most of them

The cup location does for sure. Anyone agree?

If the next year has NAV, a redesigned console/interior and supercharger on a stock model like the 2ss/rs, I will give mine to the kid and buy a new one.
I'm with you on the cup holders. I usually get a small coffee every morning and it's too close below my arm for comfort with shifting. They could at least lower one of the holders another inch. I haven't even tried a soda cup yet; not willing to let the sticky soda in my car.

Overall these new options look pretty cool. Dissappointed in the lack of a new blue. Carbon Flash Metallic looks awesome, not sure if I'll like it more than black though. I really hope one of the new rim designs is the LS7 style. I also hope the new anniversary package continues the tradition of a really cool/different paint schemes of the past years. It looks like I might have to take on a couple more jobs now.

The only 2012 option that matters to me is Z28!

That, for me, would be the only reason to sell or trade my 2010 SS.

The Price on the z28 is the only thing thats keeping me from ordering my 2011 for a may delivery. If the Z is $45ish ill hold out for it....but not holding my breath!!

I agree, Ford offers a performance rear axle gear, a 4.11 I think......so GM should offer us a factory high performance gear option other than a top end gear like the 3.23. Can you imagine how these Camaro's will launch and go 1320 with a lower rear ratio?
