Ordering AR Torq Thrusts: Hub Centric Rings?

I'm about to order a set of American Racing Torq Thrusts and still can't figure out the correct centering rings I need. Can anyone whose installed these help me out, please? Also, do I need tuner style lugs or will my OEM lugs work?

I just got AR BLVD's, they have a hub of 72.6 mm. I believe the Camaro hub is 66.9 mm. The rings I found that were closest are 72.62 to 67.10. I also believe that you can use stock type nuts, conical seat 60 degree.
