Lightbulb Huge Volume Difference between FM and XM Radio

Hi Peeps,

I have noticed that when I drive my 2SS about there is a huge volume difference between FM Radio and XM Radio.

For example XM sounds great at volume level 16.
However,
FM Radio is biblically loud at volume 16.

Granted turning the volume down isn't a hard task but I think you get my issue.

Does anyone know if there is a remedy to this?

Are your equalizer settings the same on FM as XM?

Could just be the compression technology of satellite radio

One is digital and the other is not. You will also notice that some XM channels have different sound quality and volume as well. Digital will be cleaner but also sometimes compressed meaning you lack that rich sound. FM is just horrible for me to even listen to anymore. I listen to BPM alot on XM and it sounds awesome. I like XMU too but it can lack in sound at times.
