Trade in values
If I do get a Camaro I'll need to sell my Vette.
The book value dropped like a rock last year. I kinda know the answer to this already but I would like some input. The book is only $6000 now and I could probably sell it for $8000 on the web. A Chevy dealer would probably try to give the least amount of course by nature. But do you think they would give a trade credit more than the new Kelly Blue Book values? Or should I get an ad up on Ebay motors and try to get more? |

No way in hell is a dealer going to give you more than the KBB. Your best bet is to try to sell it privately.

Most dealers will do Fair to good KBB, since that ranger typically reflects current Manahiem auction prices.
If they want to make a deal, they will give you more... Ebay isn't the greatest - Try a Autotrader ad or Craigslist - it will work better for you. And don't forget vettehound.com |

Thanks that's the route i'll go if I decide to buy an LS. Just wanted some more current input. I have not done a trade in for like 20 years.
