Here is a thread for you to look at: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=208818 I wish I had kept links to all the threads I read about LCAs and wheel fitment. But, I know I read that the current BMR LCAs for racing have worse fitment for 16" wheels than the stock LCAs do. I got an email from BMR and they told me they are working on new LCAs for smaller wheels like in the thread I posted above. I'm just saying that if I was going with 17" wheels, I'd go with the Bogarts from PTS. He guarantees they work with the Brembos and the stock LCAs without modification. I believe they are 17x10, but the dang thread has been locked so I can't get at the info and pics right now. |

I was wondering about the gearing. Good it gets to wind up some before shifting. I like it.

My wonder was if BMR was doing their new LCAs compatible with that or not. I'll try and find some pics. |

Man I can't wait for you to be done building and start racing. I would come to Texas to see that.

I think it's this thread, but I can't know for sure because it's not available to me.

The stock SS has the sway bar stop before the strut and hook to that LCA tab. The ZL1 sway bars go out and around the strut to the end and connect straight down to the LCA base. MUCH better design.

PQ,
how will this be affected by my getting modified LCA's,... I would think the hardware attachment points would be the same and allow for me to still install the Pedders stuff without hassle... Maybe I'm wrong... PETTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeee...???

I think the only hang up may be the curve of the bar and where the inside of the wheel end up in relation to each other with the FE4/5 set up
