door panel disconnecting
My driver door panel keeps popping off the clips. It's starting from the door lock area & popping off the first 3 panel clips going towards the dashboard. Anyone else experiencing this?

Haven't experienced it. Have you had panels off for any modifications? If not, I'd take it to the dealer and have them correct/replace the clips. Otherwise you'll have to replace the clips yourself.

Mine does this as well. The only time that I think the panel was removed was during some collision work 2 years ago. I did get an extended warranty so I just need to get it to the dealer to replace the clips.

You just need some new clips. It'll stay on just fine.

I realize how displeasing it can be when faced with a door panel concern like this, and though you're seeking thoughts and opinions, I would be happy to communicate this situation with the designated Customer Experience Manager at your preferred dealer if you feel an official diagnosis is necessary. Feel free to message us privately if you'd like to proceed, or discuss this situation further. William R. Chevrolet Customer Care |

haven't done any mods. I've got to find my component coverage letter that came with my latest new top & see if it covers the panel clips.
