Agreed. I'm content with the final design of the Camaro. But I was also hoping for a hatch that incorporated the trunklid and rear window. It would have kept the appearance of a trunk but given much more versatility to the car.

I'm getting one regardless. lol

Folks, here are some of the picks from Indy TAG and I promised you. Sorry about them being late but we had some technical difficulties. And a big thanks to MisterCamaro69
for being on the ball with the play by play pics on day one and throughout the event…

Yup, in the grand scheme of things it isn't really a big deal. It would have been nice to have convenient cargo loading, but that is low on the priority list. For the real cargo hauling, we're in the process of looking for a good wagon to replace my wife's old '92 Taurus wagon. We had a deal on a perfect '01 Taurus wagon lined up, but then it fell through.

Did anyone get a look at the key? In one of the first pictures, it almost looks like a switchblade design like VW or Audi. Always liked those keys. If not, that's one big key to carry around. Just curious.

Thanks a lot! My only other pressing question would be...where can I see this magnificent car? I've been following the pictures for years, but all this new info is just too much. I HAVE to see it myself!!! Is there a schedule posted somewhere or does somebody know when one will be around Atlanta?

Iron manned it back (14 hour drive) and went straight to work. Lol! I have TONS more pics to post and I know other do as well. Had a fantastic time and was so busy with looking, reading and talking, I did not get to spend enough time with Camaro5 members.

It was more than the 5th gen and 500+ Fbody's to gawk at which made the event so memorable. The atmosphere and comaraderie was what made this so special. BTW - I honestly did not see one bad looking car there. Every single car that participated looked right at home.
