CAI's
I was wondering if anyone has done any dyno's on the K&N Aircharger 63-3074? I was looking between the K&N, CAI and ADM cai's, but do not trust the vender's dyno testing of 18hp. I know that CAI and ADM users are all completely happy, just wondering about the true gains from the K&N.

There has been a couple independant tests done on the subject. Do a search and you should be able to find them. I'm sure someone has them saved can chime in.

The CAI and ADM were two of the best tested.

Hey all,
Do you need a tune after an intake installation? Also, will it void Chevy's warranty? |

The intake and the tune can void your warranty. GM takes a hard line against modifications (outside of the GM Performance Parts) and can void your warranty if you modify your vehicle. That being said if you do modify your vehicle I would suggest speaking with your nearest Chevrolet service center to see how modification friendly they are. They would be your only way to get coverage if your warranty is voided.
