Could you estimate a percentage of how much "louder" or different the set-up is with headers and hi-flow cats over the cat-back alone?

...and is the de-cel pop the same as with cat-backs alone?

Probably something like 20-30%. It is aggressive but it is not crazy.

Decel pop and that burbling sound are two different things. Decel pop is a function of the fuel cut off in the stock tuning which means you can get rid of it when you get a tune if you don't like it.

If we get a local customer that wants to go with that combo, sure. It will not sound dramatically different. Long tubes with high flow cats are long tubes with high flow cats.
