I ment the models will carry over..... for example you will be able to order a 1le and zl1 in the 2014 model year.......im not sure about the zl1 front but i think it would stay the same becasue of all the aerodynamic work that has gone into it

Have not been on the board for quite awhile, still have my '97 Z28 tucked away for winter. However this new Z has brought me back. I don't think it is going to be the car for me but I can see how some of the features may end up on future SS models. I love the seats and the hood air scoop. New tail lights are not bad either. I am not a fan of black wheels [ Just me I know ] I'm now 56 and wondering if I can have one more of these or will the '97 have to be my last. It sure is tempting however it is a lot of money to shave 3/4 of a second off my 0-60 time. I also would really miss my t-tops but these things aside I am so happy that the Gen 5 Camaro has been so successful. Congrats to all of the Gen 5 owners!!!

So that beautiful satin frost white isn't going to make it to production. Damn... that was one of the best features of the surprise. I wonder what those tires are going to cost each?

Great pictures. As much as i really wanted the 1LE wheels for my SS i really want the Z/28 wheels now. They looks so nice. Those rotors and calipers are massive!!! I can't even begin to imagine how much a brake job or rotor replacement will cost.

I'm not a big fan of the Z/28 rims. I think they need to have thicker spokes to give it a little more angry stance. But that's just my opinion. I would like to see how much those Z/28 side skirts look on a 10-13 regular Camaro though. I might consider those over the ZL1 ones depending on the price.

Looks like an awesome time. Thanks for the pictures! While not sold on the changes to the rear yours are some of the best pictures I've seen so far. I'm going to reserve on my likes/dislikes until I see in person.

Great pics, thanks. Love the grille on the Z/28, much better than on the Camaro SS. Wish all the 5th gens had that pattern from the beginning. I'm not a fan of the splitter/ground effects, though. I know they're functional, but still...
And for me, I still think the non-RS gen 5's (especially the 2014's) look better than the RS equipped models. |

Love the new Z28 and the flat white, the bad thing is I think not everyone will be able to afford one witch sucks. Anyways the pics look great.

Not a fan of the rear end at all. How big does the license plate indentation need to be?
