Well it's too bad he really didn't piss on it.....when you think you can park in a handicapped spot because you have a nice car or money....that's some BS

When I was in college we had this foreign guy who was very wealthy and would park his range rover in the handicapped spots. He would tell us in his class that he preferred not to walk and was ok with paying the campus fine everyday.....wish I had thought of this prank back then!
