From: Fbodfather - My Own Worst Enemy starring the 2010 SS Camaro and Traverse
From Scott:
And ANOTHER 'Good Afternoon, Camaro Comrades and Firebird Friends!' Two more "notables" First -- by now, many of you have heard that the New Camaro and the New Traverse will co-star in a TV Series called "My Own Worst Enemy" on NBC this fall. I could tell you all about the series, which, by the way, is unique.....but go here instead: www.nbc.com/My_Own_Worst_Enemy/video/ .....and watch the four videos -- note the great shots of the new Camaro! Second 'noteable' -- (and I just HAD to share this with you......) I recently received -- in the mail -- a "program" from the Graduation Ceremonies at Maple River High School -- I assume this is in Minnesota because that's where my good friend, Chuck Johnson (Worked at GM for over 30 years-- grew up in his family's Chevy Dealership) is from.........and he sent it to me......... Great program.......nice school.........lotsa graduates............. .....and on the back page is a listing of the names of all the Graduates of the class of 2008.............. .........and THERE about halfway thru..................... ...............Right after "Lauren Rae Lindeland" and JUST BEFORE....... ................."Christopher C. Martin" is.......... (are you sitting down???) "Chevrolet Camaro Martin".......... No -- I am NOT kidding............ Enjoy the NBC preview of "My Own Worst Enemy!" |

Wow, I kinda feel bad for the poor kid.
But clearly his parents were fans.

Sounds like an opportunity for some good publicity. Call the local news and have them come and witness this kid getting one of the first Camaro's off the line free of charge. Hmmm, maybe I'll change my name.....

The name Chevy was a nickname bestowed by his grandmother, derived from the medieval English Ballad of Chevy Chase. As a descendant of the Scottish Clan Douglas, the name "Chevy" seemed appropriate to her
