Dilemmas

What difficult choices are you having to make about your future new ride?

There's no doubt it'll be a manual SS/RS for me; that was the easy stuff... but I can't settle on a color, a color for my stripes, if I want them from the factory/dealer or to have someone paint some especially for me; do I want the bada** ambient lighting with the inferno orange patches or something more subtle, and then I'm also torn between the roof ditch moldings and the sunroof... I don't want a convertible but dang a sunroof would be nice.

I'm terribly indecisive as it is, but luckily I have a while before I HAVE to make any decisions. I do plan to go see as many colors as possible at a dealer. I think in the end, it will come down to how much it all costs. What's your dilemma; and what will be your deciding factor?

Right now it's an '03 Nissan Frontier Supercharged Desert Runner I call Starscream.

On order is a 1SS/ RS IBM with Black Rally Stripes, Beige Interior, manual transmission and a sunroof! Oh, and a stereo upgrade too! Ordered from CamaroScotty in WI. How will I get my baby home?

My dilemma is, i want the V6 RS, but i want EVERY option i could possibly want, i hope it wont cost me an arm and a leg and a pinky finger. And i want to beable to get polished aluminum wheels not the RS painted ones.

and another dilemma is worrying about where to get my camaro from....

My only dilemma is to wait after the release to hear any news about a special editon z28 in the works or just get the ss at release and start adding performance to it

Do I spend the money on the leather + ambient light package and then find someone with cloth to swap with, or do I save the money/difficulty and live without the ambient light package.

Do I spend the money on the RS package, or just try to get the individual features I want afterwards.

Do I kill myself or divorce my wife because she won't let me spend the money we don't have on the Camaro I don't need...

My only dilemmas are that i dont know how to drive stick (I'm working on it, i dont know anyone who owns one that can teach me), and I dont know if i can get the SS depending on cost. I'm pretty sure it will be under 30K, but im just waiting until the info is released.

I would not mind the auto with paddle shifters, i just want lots of ways for modifications, which kinda means you need the LS3.

V6 or V8? RS on the V8 if I can't get it?
Could I live without those HIDs?
Auto or manual? the 6Ls, are phenominal...but I want a stick! There's the GOOD paddle-shifters, though....
Cyber Gray, Silver Ice, or Aqua Blue? But Inferno Orange is kickass!...
Leather, or no? But I want the ambient lighting.
Wheels? Chrome? But dang those base wheels look good!
Modifications? Would it be worth it on the V6? Or should I spring into a higher game? Who's gonna supercharge this thing? Pedders sounds good....
HUD? What about stereo? I don't listen to it all that often; but I don't need a HUD either, the gauges are right in front of me...
etc
etc
etc

...yeah, there's quite a few dilemmas for me.

Just buy it with the stick and enjoy learning on a new car.

I am going through that same dilemma, of course killing myself is not an option and I won't divorce my wife.

When I took my car for a test drive, I didn't stall until the end when I had to make a difficult left turn into the lot.

When I had signed and the car was finally ready for pickup, I went to get it, backed it out of the parking space fine, and...stalled 3 or 4 times before I realized I had just put it in 3rd. I was so sure that the problem was how awful I was at operating the clutch that I didn't even check the gear selection, which I was very confident in.

Can't Kill her, she doesn't have a high enough insurance policy. But a visit by Scott might work, I wonder if Shunt needs company.

The first time I ever drove stick was when I took delivery of my 1984 Camaro (my first brand new car). I was fine once I figured out where Reverse was. I sold it in 1991.
The next time I drove a stick was when I drove my 2004 BMW 330i home from the dealership. I never practiced or took lessons. If I can do it, anybody can.
