How to cap these off

Can I just cap these 3 off or does it need to be tuned to be capped off. Any downsides to capping them off.

That's the air/oil separator which is an integral part of the PCV system. Whether you can cap it or not depends on how you are doing PCV.

You can cap them off.

Or if you want to remove the water pump, you can remove the separator entirely and put a plug in the oil pan.

Obvious downside is you will lose crankcase ventilation..... i'd assume you are venting somewhere else though.
