wow! Thank you for the technical data and the explanation of how the MAF interacts with the fuel mix, etc. I found that fascinating. Your points are not argumentative nor are they critical, merely stating the facts.
Observation though, cars are personal, even our language reflects such. Often when a person is involved in a auto accident, it comes out: "I got hit!" Personal identification makes each car ah, personal. Butt dynos, etc. are more reflective of the identity of the car than factual information. Vararam will continue to sell wedges and such easy bolt ons simply as an identity boost.....so be it. Ego can be a fragile thing.....I guess one can say our egos get wedged in the middle of our personality. I think I should stop at that.

Two completely different things. One catches oil the other redirects airflow. One is preventative maintenance device the other performance. Unless you try things yourself, you'll have to live through others experiences.

Oh and like Vararam and their Wedge, if you buy an RX catch can from SC2150, it comes with a money back guarantee.

Shhhh....you aren't supposed to point out that there are gains from 2400-6100 RPM, only that there is a drop in power over a 400 rpm range (1900-2300).

I love this thread...People wanted independent track times and dyno results, not just my opinion on this part. So early adopters posted the requested info and it still gets questioned...it's a no win situation.

Either the power wedge works for you or it doesn't. If you want big power, go FI or get your motor built, if you want to incrementally improve performance without voiding your warranty, consider trying out the power wedge.

The more I look at it, the more I wonder why you posted this and then pointed that out with the obvious deviation at the beginning which is obviously a hint that wide open throttle didn't occur at the same time in both runs. Obviously. Lol.

this damn thing is showing gains every time with no additional airflow into the engine.

mine is still for sale since I'll get a blower after I get some fall/winter passes for a baseline.
