Wheels and the computer.
I'm gonna put my 20" wheels and run some tests times with the car to see if I'm losing much time with the 21s.
When I do, I know the car will lose the 'link' with them as far as reading the pressure. Will I have to take it back to the dealer to have them 'paired' to the computer again? |

Just out of curiosity, what tire pressures are you running?

You can do it yourself at a gas station with air.
Ignition on but car not running. For manual transmission cars, the parking brake must be set. Autos must be in park. Scroll through display options until you find tire pressures. Select the reset option. Starting with the left front, drain at least 2 pounds of pressure from the tire. The horn will honk when the computer recognizes the sensor. Do the same on the right front, then right rear, then finally the left rear, waiting for the horn to honk each time. The turn signal will light up on the corner the computer wants you to do, so it's a no-brainer. Last, refill the tires with the pressure you want to run. This can be done in no particular order. You're done!! |

Took me 5 minutes at the dealer when I went from the 18's to the 20's.
