sounds like a plan. I am down... what time are you thinking about arriving.

I think I would like to be rolling in around 5pm at the hotel. 7hrs from TC, but I could meet you and whoever else at the 69/94 interchange. It will be about 3 and half hours from there.

I think that would be a good meeting location for anyone who wants to meet up, GR, AA, TC, a little more out of the way for the Detroiters... but worth it to drive together.

I think if we planned on hitting the road from that location at 1pm we would be good to go.

My plan is to go down Thursday, not sure what time, and staying till Sunday. I do not plan to stay at the "host" hotel, I plan on staying just North of Indy about 20 minutes from the track.

speaking of Sunday...

we will all have to plan a departure time, probably shortely after the Brunch and Announcements sunday. It will be great to get the whole Michigan crew to head up 69 as a group!!

OH... I am full of good ideas today! Wonder if we can stop at the boarder or near by rest area and get a picture of all our cars under a PURE MICHIGAN sign... maybe we can get it into a Pure Michigan Commercial...
Or send some pics to the Youtube Guy that does the Pure Michigan Spoofs, haha. Forgazi is his name.

Be careful, the Ohio State troopers hang out around the border looking for speeders

That's a good location for MI people. Even from Detroit you still have to go West. Might as well go west in MI vs Ohio or Indiana. I have the whole week off so I can go anytime. Let me check with my friend from Detroit who is going with me. That location is an hour + from Detroit.

BTW, I believe there may still be rooms available for Wed night if anyone staying at the host hotel decides to go down Wed. It will be nice not to have to rush to get there on Thursday.

We'll be at the Comfort Inn, Brownsburg. Closest hotel to the track.

GREAT IDEA. More to come on this one as we get closer to the event. I agree that would be so cool to have a ton of 5th Gens rolling thru the border together.
