I will certainly try this. I wasn't going to cut the bump stop cause I hear so much bad about it and wearing the shock out. I think I will skip cutting it. |

When I was an alignment tech I charged for lowered vehicles only if they were so low that I had to do extra work to get them on and off the rack. Most lowered vehicles I didn't charge extra but some came in slammed I did.

Don't forget to time your bushings prior to your alignment.
I ended up having to get some Pedders eccentric bolts to get my 1.5" drop into spec.

How to "time" your suspension bushings.
We used to call it "clocking" back in the day and I'm only 43.

Or you could just replace all those bushings like I did to avoid timing them

I took mine to a local performance shop that did my bushing time and alignment to my specs for $80.
They didn't charge extra for the bushing retime they had to be under there anyway doing the alignment and it's really no big deal when it's on the rack.

Most definitely paying alot more. But every suspension shop around here looked at me like I was stupid.when I asked about timing the bushings. So I just bit the bullet. Theyre better bushings anyways
