20camaro12 build

Hey everyone, I have a 2012 45th anniversary vert SS stick and wanted to make it my own. After many many many days and hours on this forum I have just placed orders for a bunch of stuff with a few more things to come in the near future. My grand scheme is to keep the car as stock as possible, but with a few upgrades to make it stand out and run smoother. This is what I have just completed ordering today 21 Nov 11.

AAC tinted side markers
AAC tinted reverse lights
AAC LED license plate light
AAC white interior kit
AAC aqua footwell kit
AAC 4 way wireless switch
VMAX ported TB
APEX scoop
APEX Washer kit
CAI inc BLACK intake
Stainless works retro-chambered cat-back
Barton short shifter OEM style stick

For the future purchase I am going to do shorty headers(ordered JBA Nov 25 maryland speed), fog light halos and headlight halos. I have the RS package already, but I really like how the red halos look on the camaro, so that will be why I am replacing the halos with other style halos.

I got the reverse lights and will be hooking them up to the wireless switch to blind the bastards with their high beams on, and to turn the side markers/interior lights on from outside the car.

Shorty headers are going to be ordered to dress up the engine bay and increase the airflow out some. Not looking for a huge gain there if any at all, just doing it for the looks. Not sure what brand yet.

One other thing I might do as well is port the intake manifold and exhaust manifold if I can find it at the right price.

Tune is something I have considered, but I would hate to lose the warranty all together. I know the porting of intake/exhaust would do that, but thats harder to find with just a basic visual inspection.

A cam MIGHT be in the works as well, but again warranty...

Let me know what you guys think and anything else that you might recommend. This is my DD so be careful with what you recommend and I will not be racing this, just wanted to add a few extra ponies. WELLLLLLL I might take it to the track just for the hell of it and play around a few times lol.

Ended up ordering some JBA shorties and MSD wires on black friday for a killer deal through Maryland Speed. Gotta get these bad boys installed too. Pics and build will come dec 2nd or 3rd. Ended up picking up a whole bunch of stuff from autogeeks.net for detailing the car too. Look at the buy one get one free section everyday for KILLER deals.

camaro went into the shop on dec 1st for surgery. I was told it would take 2 days 3 days tops... its the 5th and they still don't have everything done. Scoop, lights, headers, cat-back and short shifter.... WTF. I chose the wrong shop for this job and future jobs. BUT the good news, the JBA shorties and SW retro chambered cat-back make an awesome pair and when they let me fire it up... WOW!!! I am hoping to capture a good video so I can share it.

You picked an awesome car. I may be a little bias too.....

This encourages me to kick the mods on my 2SS 45th into high gear! I need the funding to kick into high gear too though....

Testing how to upload photos. Hopefully get some more up soon. Few minor details to wrap up on the installs before I can get a pic of the majority of stuff. Kinda hard to take a pic of the barton short shifter when I kept the stock look.
