Does this seem weird at all??

http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...gIndex=2&Log=0

This is a used 2013 LT that has everything i want besides the RS package... it only has 40 miles on it, yet it has a bunch of upgrades to it...it has the SS mail slot which means the previous owner did a front fascia swap which then leads me to assume he also added the gfx and the heritage grill on his own. also, it comes with leather, the 4 pack gauge cluster, and a rear spoiler. I thought that those 3 things only came with the rs package (which the car clearly does not have because it has the 18" wheels and no HID headlights).... i guess what im asking is why would someone do all this to the car, only to trade it in after 40 miles?? does this throw up any red flags?

Yes lots of them IMO. Unless offcourse they have mileage listed incorrectly. In addition the price is to high for LT.

These are not part of the RS package, they are the difference between the 1LT and 2LT.

The car you described is a 2LT, non RS

If you're willing to spend 30k+ (and this is just my opinion) I would personally look for a 2010-2012 SS. Thats just me though lol

Cause next week you'll be on here asking what you can put on your V6 to make it faster.

thanks for all the input! yeah the price is definitely high but when I go test drive in a bout a week maybe two at the latest im gonna try to work some magic and talk it way down... and maybe they will have reduced the price if its still available in a few weeks!

but a SS, sadly, is out of my insurance range...

You want a V6 car with an SS front fascia on it? They are selling is as used because they are trying to get more than MSRP for it and they have installed the improper front end.

In short terms, you could order a 2LT that has everything you want for cheaper than they are asking for the car.

If you could pick it up for $28000 or something, things might be different.

Ok 1st owner bought it, promptly wrecked it, no police report filed, bought the wrong parts and had it fixed without involving the insurance company then turned around and traded it for another car.
Still priced as new, pass on it.

Too much $ for an LT. Can get a new SS for this and a 1LE package for not much more if you read some of the postings on this forum stating such.
