I still have yet to see any driving in my area and I'm betting price has a lot to do with it. Maybe the dealerships around here still haven't gotten their allocations yet either. But yeah the price is outrageous now for the car. If I was shopping and looking at a 2SS now I would say screw it and get either a corvette or a certified used 2SS. Or one of the left over 5th gens at a major discount.

I still don't have a local dealer with one on the lot
Also gotta imagine the demand for the 5th gen was huge. So you gotta let things play out a little more than what two official months of sales? lol |

I am smelling price drops on 16's and a "refresh" for 2017.
If they were smart anyway.

I don't think they have made enough of them. I get that this figure is sales not deliveries, but our dealer gets a few in and they are gone in short order. If people can't touch one or drive one, is this not hurting sales? I think you have to have some on the lot to generate sales.

I think the current Mustang is a better looking car anyway. Plus Camaros are expensive...

The dealer I go to has about 20 in stock. Looks like the same ones I saw last month are still there as well. He's down to only one 2015 and there were about a half a dozen last month.

While sales might be down due to winter I'm not sure why everyone is so surprised by this. Ive said all along since it was revealed it will never have the sales that the 5th Generation had.

The 6th Gen Camaro fans argue "well you're getting so much more car!"
Maybe so, doesn't make me feel any better that I can't afford it. I want to support GM, new car sales and all, but you've removed it from my sphere of buying power.

I just bought a Silverado, but wouldn't dream of buying a Camaro in winter. Oh, wait a minute. I bought this one in December back in 2012, lol. Interesting there's no 6th gens in showrooms around here but there are Z06s.

I do notice on the 2017 ZL1 the tail lights look like two pieces per side, which is a fairly substantial difference from the SS, which would require a whole different rear-end IIRC?

Yeah you can hear a supercharger whine on some of those shots but the separated taillights might just be tape
watched the whole thing and maybe they're euro tail lights?
