I think I would move - Oh that's right I did. I used to live in CT for 45 years.

Nothing "nice" about it being 20 degrees.

I got that same Hot Dawg heater. Works great. Have the heater and a fridge. Not much else needed!

50 degrees in my garage when I want it or warmer when I want it. Also nice and cool in the summer with the A/C.

ya i have a ac unit that came with the house. Its a window unit ill put in. probably won't need it as the garage is so well insulated and sun is always behind it it is always 10deg cooler than it is outside. 10 deg warmer in the winter.

My mother's old 55" lcd tv wasn't being used and was in storage. I thought...it might as well be stored on the wall of my barn.

yep i have my old laptop in the garage and a amplified set of speakers. I have xm online + look up specs. I have running water in the garage but for now its only above freezing. its hooked up with a garden hose from the house. Hot water too. Im not going to be keeping the garage heated all the time so Ill just leave the water as is. I just use a 5gal bucket to rinse my hands when its not hooked up. I have a old 19" tv out there. there is a cable line in there but it's hooked up to a satellite dish i dont use so i have tap into the cable line. The cable goes from the pole to the garage then under ground to the house. So just have to slice into it. if i had a bathroom i could live in it. Always wanted a car in the livingroom.
