meh......stripes are so played out IMO. Seems like 95% of Camaros have them. Looks good but just overrated I think.
On another note....got my 285 put on my right rear! LOL Finally they all match :P

To each his own my friend. I actually want them painted on and to come down onto the fascia (like on the convertible concept car). I also plan on having the wheels powdercoated the color of the stripes (like on the Livernois performance car featured in another thread).

I'm leaving the wrap on my hood - it's unique. Every muscle car has stripes. I'm already a "2%"-er with my 1LE, might as well make sure I stand out. Did anyone else's dealer pre-install the oil thing in their 1LE when they picked it up? Is it bad to have if you're only on the street, atm? |

I pulled my fuse and not too much of a difference, its pretty loud even without the flaps. However, for the guys behind the car, it is very loud. Fuse is back in.

fzm84 - Pretty sure I have read that the catch can is only supposed to be installed for track use, and only above a certain temperature. Perhaps someone else on here knows the link to that thread.

They are not supposed to pre-install it as it is a TRACK ONLY feature. From what I have read it is not good to have it on there unless on the track. The instructions specifically state to install for track use only and remove immediately after. |

A black bowtie on the back of that thing would look pretty bad ass.

Black bowtie with the flat black strip between the tail lights. Flat black the trim rings on the tails and light tint the lenses. IMO, that would tie the whole theme together nicely! And would make the other black bits look like less of an afterthought and more deliberate.
