Alright Tampa members. This is the meet you all have been waiting for...

Hotel Information..

Hotel Parking: 135 Parking spots. Only registered guests can park.

What's nearby? Daytona Beach:: 8 MILES AWAY!
Daytona International Speedway:: 6 MILES AWAY!

Each room includes::
Pay Per View Movies - 32 LCD HDTV ( with cable ) - complimentary wired -wireless internet - HBO and other premium movie channels - microwave - mini-refrigerator.


The hotel also has a pool and hot tub.
We will be staying at a Very nice Holiday Inn on Daytona Beach. I will post up the website soon. We might also pick up the Orlando Camaros also.


**Suitcases and coolers will be needed.**

( packed suitcases and coolers will be needed. This will be a 3 day meet. )


Schedule::

Thursday..

6:00PM-6:30PM:: Arrival at Bonefish Grille ( Address:: 13262 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618 ) in Tampa. Picture taking & and Meet and Greet will take place during this time.

6:30PM-8:00PM:: Eat at the meet-up resturant.

8:00PM-8:15PM:: Make sure everyone is ready, finalize route, and final bathroom break before the trip/cruise.

8:15PM-10:45PM:: Cruise to Daytona host hotel, Holiday Inn. ( Trip will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes. ) ( Address:: 137 Automall Cir, Daytona Beach, FL 32124-7604 )

10:45PM-11:00PM:: Arrive at Host hotel, unpack, and go to bed.


Friday...

7:00 AM - 4:30 PM ** Family free time ( Hang around the hotel and grab some lunch with your family or hang with the gang. [ There is a resturant in the hotel so if you don't want to leave the hotel you can just grab a bite there. It is a Cocktail lounge and kids eat free. There are also Big Screen TV's in the resturant so you can grab a snack and watch a game.] )

5:00 PM:: I recommend everyone back at their hotel rooms at this time to get ready for the Daytona CamaroBLAST kickoff dinner.

6:00PM:: All members will meet up at the kickoff dinner resturant.

6:15PM-8:00PM:: Eat at the kickoff resturant and talk to your fellow members.

Saturday..

7:00AM-9:00AM:: Eat breakfast/pack coolers and beach bags.

8:00AM-9:30AM:: Pack beach bags, lunches, and coolers. (also apply sunscreen to little kids at this time. We will be having a long, fun day in the sun. ) DO NOT FORGET YOUR CAMERA.

9:30AM-10:00AM:: Meet in the host hotel parking lot. Pictures will be taken by the photographer at this time.

10:00AM-11:30PM Cruise to the Daytona Speedway.

11:30PM-1:00PM:: Photoshoot at the Daytona Speedway. We will eat our packed lunches here.

1:00PM-2:00PM:: Cruise to the beach and find parking.

3:00PM-6:00PM:: Chill at the beach.

6:00PM-6:30PM:: Cruise back to the host hotel.

6:30PM-7:30PM:: Get showers and get dressed to go out to eat.

7:45PM-8:00PM:: Meet up in the host hotel Parkin lot.

8:00PM-8:15PM:: Cruise to a resturant for dinner.

8:15PM-10:00PM:: Eat dinner at the resturant.

10:10:: Cruise back to the hotel.



Sunday....

7:00AM-9:00AM:: Eat breakfast at the host hotel.

9:00AM-10:30AM:: Pack up an check out of the hotel.

10:30AM-10:45AM:: Meet up in the host hotel parking lot.

10:45AM-11:30AM:: Cruise back to Tampa and stop for lunch.

11:30AM-1:00PM:: Take a stop for a bathroom break and eat lunch.

1:00PM:: Cruise back to Tampa.

That sounds like fun, but I have to plan at ahead at least two months before I can do that, kinda hard for me to take off in busy season doing air conditioning lol

We can always schedule it for next summer. It would give us more time to add stuff. Or we can make it this summer and make it come faster.

What type of track are you looking for? There is a dirt track, East Bay Raceway Park.

just something to unleash my car on. i mean i would rather see what my car is capable of on a track rather than on the roads. just like a normal closed public track day.

i know the SCCA does stuff at Daytona. I've seen the Cobra cars there and all so we could look into piggybacking on someones track day or something.

Why not schedule this for late summer or even in September head East on I-4 to pick up the Orlando crew and head over.

Add the Daytona USA experience to the list of things to do.
