Single bad looking spark plug

Changed my plugs today while I was putting new headers on..all of them looked good except for this one..drivers side second back from the front....car has 55k miles..I'm sure there the orig plugs..I had noticed a ever so slightly mis..its a 6.2 std shift car..
Anyone know why this single plug would be bad?
Thx

Well for one your missing end of the electrode tip that is iridium and can be brittle looks like to me..( and is not gapped they are made the size to use) so don't gap plugs that are iridium putting force on the thing is bad is what I have heard and that may have been the case ? did you measure the gap? Not firing well from breaking off the tip would make it more grey from carbon some and maybe your tip just broke off... with out being changed ?

+1 Gap is way too wide- missing or wildly worn tip. This could happen due to damage prior to, or during install of the iridium tip.

Christian's right, don't re-gap iridium's!

High mileage and occasional bad gas just plain wore it out.

You should be in good shape now.

Ted.
