Did you at least try to replace the switch first? If it's not the switch then I'd say your fix won't work. I also agree with the others that carrying your key in your pants while at home and if you have an attached garage nearby that could be the problem. In that case it would be called the pants monkey

This has been happening when my keys are hanging up in my house. But I have some bad news....After I had done this, I went out to my garage and the trunk was opened again with the switch off. So I am looking for another solution.

That's really strange. Wonder if your key fob has an issue or if some sort of interference in your area is causing it to open?
