Urgent Help, Problem after wet sanding

I was fixing some rock chips today on my CGM Camaro and after putting on multiple coats of paint i wet sanded it. It was my first time doing it so i think i messed it up. But after wet sanding i have a bunch of small swirl marks all around the chip i fixed.

How do i get rid of these marks????

(and if someone can fix my post to show pics that would be great, thanks!

Im sick at what i have done

Use a random orbital polisher if you are new to polishing like a PC. The PC is very user friendly and you will get great results. If you go the high speed rotary route have a professional do it. You can do serious damage with those very quickly. Check out Junkman’s videos and you will learn all you need to do it safely. I also recommend Adams Polishes. They also have a forum where you can get more tips. http://www.adamsforums.com/forums/cmps_index.php

Sorry to hear about the damage. My car will go straight from the dealer to the shop that is putting my clear bra on- I'm not taking any chances.

BAsed on your picture, just go buy a small tube of Mcguires Scratch-X and a small round applicator. Can get it at any Auto Zone/Advance Auto. Take your time and buff in circles. it will come out after a couple of applications. Be carefull not to put too much pressure as you do it. I have fixed numerous chips the same way with outstanding results.

I have some of that but tried a different product first, didnt have much time to work on it before work but it did make it go away at first but then a little more wiping and the marks came right back.

The reason i worked on it and not the dealer was because they were going to charge me 6-700$$ for a couple little rock chips. Might have been worth it after all

Should i try putting some of the Scratch X on the orbital buffer???

a little scratch x, or equivalent, and some elbow grease will take care of it just fine. Finish off with a couple of layers of quality wax, good as new.

I did he thought it would be best for me to do it, instead of repainting all the panels that wear near the chips.....
