Here it finally is Nathan, as promised. The do it yourself guide to lengthening your wires for the injectors. It took me a few months but I finally got it done. I still need to add the pics, but my computer is being dumb.

Anyone happen to have the PN for this injector plug? Would like to do those and the 90deg boots.

Also where to find a flush plug like this for the rail?

Thanks. Unreal thread by the way.

DAMM STUD!!!

I second hydroboost, if you are keeping it N/A might as well get a nasty cam on it, you are going to run an hydraulics cooler anyway! or just go the hell full manual and just buy proper sized cylinders for the stock ABS and run a nice set of pedals.

OOOOOORRRR

remote mount reservoir
LC what I tell you about more ideas I want to get to do some of this before the 6 Gen debuts, LOL

Thanks and great write Krusher! Hopefully more guys will tackle that DIY as it's one of the cheapest to do and makes a huge difference.

Spec, call Brandon at Casper and he will hook you up.

The plugs I got form the same guys I got the rails from but, I'm sure you can get them from any AN manufacturer.

QUICK UPDATE on the Master and booster.

I called DSE who did the billet reservoir setup on the master I previously posted. They were sourcing a GM booster and carefully disassemble them as they weren't serviceable. If you ruined a o-ring or what have you, you'd have to buy a new one. They would then thread the master to screw the billet tanks.

Well, unfortunately the boosters are no longer available. The new one are made out of steel, so they aren't planning on doing the billet reservoir on any future projects.

But all is not lost....... My Dad called his friend Cris "Owner of JCG as they have the ability to make anything! We are meeting at his shop next Saturday so that we do some masterminding for creating a bunch of parts for the 5th Gen as Cris wants to get into this market.

On the agenda is designing a reservoir "Replacement", not a cheap little cover for the Gen5!

The reservoir in the picture below are made by JCG. Check out the cool AN fitting he did for the vacuum line on the booster. Let me know if you guys would be interested and having a similar one made for us.

Cris built this 1st Gen which has been a huge inspiration for project G5.R. Just look at the workmanship on all the hard lines alone. The other great news is that Cris wants to help us take G5.R to that same level!

A new single tank reservoir would be great, one with a separate yet integrated/attached clutch reservoir would be even better. I'd be all over that.

The accessory belt in that last pic isn't perfect enough to be on there. Fraying edges and all, needs some attention. lol

Hope for SEMA since I made a commitment to be in the Race Ramp booth. It might not be a runner, who knows. I was hoping it would be since I would like to try and get into the Optima Challenge but there's so much work to do. Justin and I spent the whole day working on it today but a lot of our time was spent just thinking and trying to figure out how can we mount this, which way are we going to do that, wait before we go any further, lets put the front bumper back on to make sure this will fit......... it just went on and on.

We joke about nothing on this car is a bolt on. In fact even the bolt ons are not bolt on, somehow we end up modifying them.

In our quest today as we were mocking up the radiator to make custom brackets, we were contemplating how we were going to do an intake over the radiator.

I did a search and came across this killer intake for the Holden Commodores. I'm going to give them a call on Monday and see if I can order one. This is basically what I was looking to do myself.

It will require modifying the upper rad support which I was planning on doing anyways.
