Feel free to post an idle clip tomorrow, would love to hear how it sounds. What are they recommending for the break-in procedure?

Which is probably why the local dynos put this combo usually in the 460-470ish range.

The main thing you do have is a baseline of before and after. Hard to argue with that.

Plainville. It's about 20 minutes north of Hays. I actually stayed at the rents in K.C., and bought car in Leavenwoth. So it came from your neck of the woods!

And there wasn't until about a month ago. Guy that has done some tuning for people for years finally got a dyno and got it all set up and going. So, once I do my cam, I only have about a 3 minute drive to get her tuned!

I just got mine so haven't done a ton of highway. But mine seems ok for cruising at 70 in 6th at least. However, if I go this route, I am curious...does it smooth out if you are a little above 70? I usually cruise interstate at 80. 70 on local highways though. But I am eventually going to do gears too. Just wondering if those would be enough to bring rpms into a usable range in 6th with that cam?
