Here are my issues, pretty minor:

1. Stock Exhaust was rattling specially during lower RPM's. TSB out, replaced the whole exhaust.
2. PDIM upgraded to DB/DD version, again under warranty.
3. Twice in my 15 months of ownership, the HVAC controls have frozen. Once I turn the car off and on again, it fixes it self.
4. Drivers seat started to make some cranky noises. TSB out to put more oil in there.

In my experience, most cars loosen up and have their big warranty work shakeups in the first 20-25k. That is usually more than enough time for rattles to develop, for the kinks to present themselves and be worked out, for the tires to develop plenty of road noise, and for the engine/trans to be fully broken in.

So far I'm at just over 2k miles (7 months of ownership) and no issues to report, other than it spends too much time parked in the garage. That's easily fixed, though :P

No mechanical problems what so ever. I have been complaining about the thin/soft paint though. However, it still shines beautifully even with the chips.

Transmission lost 2nd gear after experiencing 2nd gear grind for 3 weeks. Took it in once and the dealer said they couldn't reproduce it. Two days later 2nd gear synchro doesn't exist any more.

Car goes back on Wednesday in my trailer to get a new tranny.

After 23 months:

oil cooler leak (repaired)
loose weather strip at bottom of rear window which seemingly can't be fixed
paint chipping on both door edges

Other than that the car has been flawless and I feel very fortunate.

Two years, and the only thing not related to some idiot crashing into me was that the clip under the driver's seat that holds the leather upholstery in place came loose - dealer had it fixed in 10-15 minutes.

Only real issue is the passenger side HVAC fan makes a chirping/squeaking sound occasionally when I turn it on. Pitch of squeak is also dependent on fan speed. Annoying, but pretty minor.

i know this is old, but i'm considering buying a 2010 used vs a new 2012 and just curious about some of the kinks the 2010s may have had. if anyone has any info to post to this thread about your experiences, that would be swell!
