Never changed a tire... question inside.

I have never changed a tire, which leads to my question below:

I am thinking of plastidipping my rims (spray can) this weekend.

I am also changing my tires next year.

If I plastidip my rims, when I change my tires will the dip come off my rims?

Or can you take the whole tire/rim off and just remove the tire from the other side of the rim where the plastdip isnt on...

Hope this makes sense

No. And like others have said you'll like lose some of the plasi-dip. Cheap and easy enough to redo.

You could, but that would mean the clamps that hold down the wheel would clamp on the face of the wheel. They would damage the plastidip or even worse the actual wheel.
