• Guest full name
• Number of rooms
• Arrival date
• Number of nights
• Room type preferred by the guest, including smoking preference if applicable
• Number of adults/children
• Guest address
• Guest phone number
• Guest credit card number

Plans have changed for me, so I will not be coming down. I had a room at this new Holiday Inn, which per original hotel listing, the phone number was via Expedia. I just now called Expedia to cancel out my room. (It appears they also can book) Anyway, it was for $117 on what I had.

Good to know and sorry you can't make it. Layken has a block for C5 that is slightly cheaper.

Yea thanks! Can't go out of town that week so had to cancel. One consolation though, I was able to secure track time at Watkins Glen that weekend and it's only 2 hours away! I'm gonna miss the Camarocross and those yummy Crawdads y'all are cookin' up!

I haven't been reading all the Fest threads so I don't know if hotels room are an issue or not (or if you might want to change hotels), but I just cancelled rooms at two different hotels.

Comfort Suites at 7209 Garth Rd.

and

Candlewood Suites at 6126 Garth Rd.
