Exhaust advice - Catless Mid pipe + Stock Mufflers??

I'm new here, but have been referencing this forum for many decisions I make when it comes to any sort of mods... anywho

13 SS did a muffler and resonator delete at a local muffler shop, just wasn't loud enough but sound was great - a true Camaro sound, no adulterants. So I added a BBK catless mid-pipe and man oh man, now we're talking! I'm just thinking it's a little loud (parents borrow the car every so often for this or that).

So, I like the sound but I want it quieter, so does anyone run a set up with no cats and factory mufflers? What's it like? Is there a way to get a quieter sound with no cats?

I love the idea of a diverter, so I can have a quieter cruise and then straight murder if I want. But first I need to quiet her up a bit
