2046 miles each way. Now I'm REALLY KICKING myself for not going to it last year and complaining about the 4.5 hour drive then LOL.

Gtahvit, if I flew out there I'd feel like I was holding a violin and staring out the window at the rest of you kids playing baseball. :(. Fest 1 was a blast and I loved my first time drag racing. I just did a road course day last weekend and I must say it was 10 times the fun of drag racing! If there's anyway you can get them to get the instructors, you gotta push for it! I'd love to make the drive out but can't ditch the kids on my accountant wife that many days, at that time of year.

The wash/detail guys that showed up to C5F1 made a killing! There was a line that wrapped around the host hotel, so this would be a good idea. Just be sure to have lots of employees to keep the lines down.

Where do you live??

Total travel estimates for me are: 26 hours 51 minutes and 1799 miles.

Were pretty close. I will hopefully be starting a thread in the next month or so trying to get a huge caravan from the south/southeast over there.

From the Accounting Crowd's vantage point:

The Fest II date leaves no doubt that either the planners plan to file their taxes prior to deadline or have decided to extend. We ...CPAs are now out on the limb.................no lifelines in sight! I enjoyed Fest I but see no way to attend Fest II.

Have a ball it should be awesome. But ...I will enjoy the 2nd Annual MTI Camaro Funfest!
