Dynoed my ZL1 today for the first time since I tuned it and did the Mods. Not bad for a small investment.

Mods

RotoFab $400
Kooks stepped headers $930
Kooks Cats $150
9.55 pulley, Innovators West damper, Belt, Idler pulley and crank bolt $500
ID850 injectors $735
Lingenfelter larger intercooler reservoir $75
Kenne Bell Boost-a-pump $350
HP Tuners license $99

Did all my tune before I went to the dyno on the street. I didn't touch a thing while on the dyno. 11.8: AFR exactly as I have commanded in the PCM. Not bad for a Dentist.

Intake temp only hit 104 deg with stock heat exchanger. Fuel pressure with stock pump and a KB boost-a-pump holds strong at 65 psi.

The license allows you to tune the car.

I already owned the HPTuners software as I have used it with my older cars and friends cars. It cost $99 to add the ZL1 license.

I wish there was a 1/4 mile track nearby. This is Music City Raceway in Nashville TN. Only 1/8 mi.
