I was wondering if the 1995 3.4 v6's had posi rear. I never really knew about it. I believe my car is stock.

I know its a stupid question, but i don't know A LOT about 4th Gens. Bump...

Jack up the rear end so the tires are off the ground. Put the car in neutral. Spin the back wheel by hand. If the opposite tire spins in the same direction you have a limited slip differential. If the opposite tire spins in the opposite direction then you have an open differential.

I dont know about that, ive had a couple cars with a posi or limited slip that when you spun one tire forward the other side would spin backwards.

Yeah Posi is when BOTH spin ONEWAY, and Limited Slip is when they BOTH spin DIFFERENT ways, correct?

Well what you have written is contradicting; Limited Slip or Posi traction, although they're not the same, but are often used interchangeably, keeps the wheels spinning at a similar speed. What the range of that speed differential is depends on the Diff. While open differentials, like the one in your car, let the wheels spin freely, like on a matchbox or hot wheels car. In general, Limited Slip is preferred as it keeps the back end more planted. Although for any kind of CIRCUIT racing or auto cross, it can vary greatly depending on the track.

I have a 2001 3.8V6 Camaro (European) and he has a slip diferential (RPO code G80)

yes, the V6 came with LSD if you have the G80 RPO code, or Y87 package

GU2=2.73- v8 only
GU4=3.08- open differential(means no lsd)
GU5=3.23
GU6=3.42

I have the GU5 option on my 94 V6 camaro. I've left dual black marks on occasion. I also have the F41 suspension option as well as the QMT option (Z-28 spec wheels, no speed limiter), so maybe that has something to do with it. Some of my RPO codes are worn off my sticker so maybe I missed something.
