Scott Pilgrim vs. the World

Anyone seen it? I've never heard of it till recently and I'm pretty intrigued. It's based off a series of graphic novels. I kinda want to check it out. For any fans I also came across this from one of the games developers. It makes me want to check it out even more. The link will ask about mature content but there's nothing there to worry about. Just some cool .gif's

I went to see it on Saturday. It was awesome.

I'd rank it among Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and Zombieland.

Just saw a few hours ago, it was way better than I had expected. I thought it looked interesting from the previews, but it was freakin hilarious!

I don't care for the main guy, but he just worked in this, if you think it looked funny from the preview give it a chance.

Well, you'd be wrong on that. I can't speak towards the budget, but the "script" was already written.

P.S. - And by already written, I mean that the 6 graphic novels the movie is based on come to a total of 1200 pages. That's a lot longer than 30 minutes of writing.

Wasn't big on the film, then saw it and still not big on the film. I don't think its close to the funny realm that Zombieland, Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz were, maybe its made by the same people, or the cameraman on those 3 movies.

But the script was boring for me, too many gimicky things going on and it was a chick flick through and through. Also at the same time I don't think I was nerdy enough for the movie.

But I saw Kickass on blu-ray this weekend and loved it!
